Shake without ice a shot of Sacred Gin, a shot of Sacred Triple Sec, a shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice, a shot of egg white or aquafaba, and a teaspoon of sugar syrup. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
