London Mule
Legend tells that the Moscow Mule was created when a floundering Vodka-maker and a struggling Ginger Beer producer were sitting at a bar, and the landlord happened to make his own copper mugs. Mixing the Vodka, the Ginger Beer and a squeeze of lime in the copper mug, the Moscow Mule was born (even though the vodka was French!). You could substitute any of our gins or vodkas into this drink, for a fiery and refreshing drink.
Method
Fill a copper mule mug or glass with ice, add a large measure of the Sacred Spirit of your choice, a squeeze of lime and top with high quality ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
