Espresso Martini
This now-world-famous modern classic was invented by the late great London bartender Dick Bradsell, who was rumoured to take a request from a supermodel for a cocktail that would "wake me up and then **** me up". Thus, he combined fresh espresso with coffee liqueur and vodka, and we must assume that it did just that and caught on. Here, we use our Cardamom Gin, which pairs with coffee for a match made in heaven.
Method
Add to a mixing glass (or cocktail shaker for a more classic route) and add two shots of Sacred Cardamom Gin (or Organic Vodka) from the freezer, one shot of fresh espresso, one of Mr Blacks Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur and half a shot of maple syrup (add more to taste). Shake with ice to combine, chill and dilute, and strain into a cocktail glass.
