The precursor to the classic Martini family of cocktails, the Martinez dates back to 1884. Traditionally made with Old Tom Gin, we think it should be made with the World's Best Old Tom!

Stir two parts Sacred Old Tom from the freezer with one part English Spiced Vermouth and plenty of ice, garnish with an orange twist or a maraschino cherry.
