English Dry Buck

The Buck has a cloudy history, seemingly deriving from a combination of the Gin Rickey and the Tom Collins. Combining spirit, citrus (usually lemon) juice and ginger ale, here we give it a low-abv spin with our English Dry Vermouth (made with English wine and no added sugar), in a drink that can be made individually or in a large jug and shared.

Method

Take a long glass and add a double shot of Sacred English Dry Vermouth, a shot of lemon juice and plenty of ice. Fill to the top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
