The Negroni is a classic Italian aperitif, created by Count Camillo Negroni at Caffè Casoni in Florence, in 1919. As legend tells, he asked his bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to substitute the soda in his Americano Cocktail for gin (a decision we highly commend!).

To make The Complete English Negroni, as served at bars the world over, we combine equal measures of three of our London-made spirits in a rocks glass with ice and a twisted orange peel.
