Some say that the Martinez, which dates back to 1884, is the precursor to the more famous Martini. In that spirit, we use our take on the 18th-century staple, Old Tom Gin, for this slightly sweet and boozy classic.


Add two drops of orange bitters and two drops of Maraschino Liqueur to a chilled martini glass, pour in a half shot of Sacred English Spiced Vermouth and two shots of Sacred Old Tom, directly from the freezer. Garnish with a pared organic orange zest.
