Bloody Mary

Everyone knows that classic hair of the dog hangover cure, the Bloody Mary, invented at the King Cole Bar at The St Regis Hotel, New York in 1934 and allegedly named after the waitress by whom it was inspired! We have a few takes on it, whether the classic rendition with Sacred Vodka, the light citric spice of Coriander Gin (technically called a Red Snapper) or a low-abv and ultra-herbaceous option with English Dry Vermouth, there's something for everyone!

Method

Take a long glass (or large jug!) and add a healthy measure of Sacred Organic Vodka, Coriander Gin or English Dry Vermouth to your preference, your preferred spice mix (we combine Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper & Horseradish) and top with high quality tomato juice. Garnish with celery, a lemon wedge and whatever homemade pickles you may have!
