Amber Spritz
Combining the spirit of Italian summer, the Spritz, with a Vermouth & Soda and a notes of white wine might leave you somewhere near this light and sophisticated spritz, with notes of Spanish Orange & gentle bitterness on the palate, zinging with the fizz of sparkling wine. A perfect low-abv option to while away the evening.
Method
Take a large wine glass and fill with ice. Add sparkling wine, Sacred English Amber Vermouth & soda in a 3-2-1 proportion, and garnish with a slice of orange. You can even make it up in a large jug to impress your friends. Alternatively, for an even lower abv option pair 50ml Sacred English Amber Vermouth with a light tonic or soda such as White Grape and Apricot.
