Cocktail Recipe Card: The Martinez

Ian's favourite classic cocktail is the Martinez, so this week's cocktail is just that!
Take a mixing glass, add ice and stir the following ingredients:
50ml Sacred Old Tom Gin (or Sacred Gin)
20ml Sacred English Spiced Vermouth
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
1 cash Angostura Bitters
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with orange peel.
