Cocktail: Cardamom Mule
At the time of writing, we are currently enjoying warm, if rather muggy, weather – the sort of weather that cries out for a long, cool delicious drink such as a Sacred Cardamom Gin and Tonic! I think that, in general, people tend to add too much tonic and drown the gin but the beauty of Sacred Cardamom Gin, made with organic Guatemalan green cardamom pods, is that it makes a sublimely refreshing G&T – you can add as much ice and tonic as you like and the fresh cardamom fragrance still shines through. We suggest you serve it with high quality Indian Tonic Water and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
Of course, like any good gin, Sacred Cardamom Gin – which was awarded a Gold Medal at the San Diego Spirits Festival – is very versatile and can be served in many different ways. Another drink for the warmer weather is the Cardamom Mule:

Add a double shot of Sacred Cardamom Gin to a tall glass with plenty of ice and a squeeze of lime juice. Top up with high-quality Ginger Beer, lightly stir and serve.
